Because all M1R KNIT patterns, courses, workshops, and other digital products are delivered electronically and available for immediate access or download, all sales of digital products are final.

We do not offer refunds, returns, exchanges, or cancellations on digital purchases once an order has been completed, except where required by applicable law.

Please review the product description carefully before purchasing to make sure the pattern, skill level, sizing, materials, and other details are right for you.

Download or Access Issues

If you experience a technical issue accessing or downloading your purchase, please contact us and we will be happy to help you receive the files you purchased.

Pattern Support

A refund will not be issued because of difficulty completing a pattern, differences in personal gauge, yarn substitutions, individual knitting technique, or a change of mind after purchase.

If you believe there is an error in an M1R KNIT pattern, please contact us so we can review it and provide clarification or a correction where needed.

Duplicate Purchases

If you accidentally purchase the exact same digital product more than once, please contact us as soon as possible. Duplicate purchases may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
